This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a caring and dedicated individual. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing person-centred care and support to our tenants, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of others, with a focus on supporting individuals with complex needs.

The estimated salary for this role is £27,500 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive package that includes a probationary bonus, pension contributions, 28 days Annual Leave, and company-paid enhanced DBS. In addition, you will have access to relevant training, including accredited health and social care diplomas through our own training academy. You will also have the opportunity to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work positively within a consistent team ethos. Prior experience in social care is beneficial but not essential. You will also need to be willing to actively engage with all aspects of the role, including support with personal care and domestic tasks.
