Job Title: Business Development Lead

A successful individual in acquiring and developing new business opportunities, with a proven ability to maintain positive relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service, is required for this key role.

About the Role:
This position involves responding to sales enquiries, participating in planning, pricing, and quotations, and ensuring excellent customer service to achieve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
• A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
• A DBS check will be required upon application success.
• Gaining a current CSCS card and undertaking Asbestos Awareness training is also necessary.
• Experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
• Flooring industry or new build sector experience is beneficial but not essential.
