CDM Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled CDM Administrator to join our design team at Bryan & Armstrong Ltd, a specialist Health & Safety recruiter. As a CDM Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with CDM regulations and supporting the design team in their activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with the design team on CDM matters, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain Pre-Construction Information Packs for Principal Contractors, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Submit F10 notifications to the HSE as required, maintaining a high level of compliance.
  • Review and verify Principal Contractors' Construction Phase Plans, ensuring adherence to CDM regulations.
  • Compile and submit H&S Files to clients, maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a CDM tracker of projects, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Liaise with Principal Contractors on CDM matters, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
  • NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent, demonstrating a strong understanding of health and safety principles.
  • Understanding of design processes and CDM regulations, ensuring compliance and adherence.
  • Clean driving license, enabling flexibility and mobility.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with people at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • IT literate with good administration skills, ensuring efficient and effective management of tasks and projects.
