Job Description:

We are seeking a Service Partner to join our team in Thatcham. As a Service Partner, you will be responsible for delivering and collecting packages on behalf of DHL eCommerce UK Limited.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and collect packages in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Meet and exceed performance targets

Requirements:

  • At least one commercial vehicle less than 6 years old
  • Insurance policies in place (such as public liability insurance, driver hire and reward insurance, employer liability insurance, and goods in transit insurance)
  • A full UK driving licence or equivalent accepted under UK Law for each of the personnel (including yourself) who will perform the delivery services
  • To pass our screening and vetting requirements for each of the personnel (including yourself) who will perform the delivery services
  • An adequate understanding of written and spoken English for each of the personnel (including yourself) who will perform the delivery services
