Hotel Servant

Frasers Hospitality, a global hospitality leader, is seeking a skilled Hotel Servant to join their team. As a member of the Housekeeping Department, you will be responsible for ensuring total guest satisfaction, providing efficient and courteous service in all rooms, public areas, corridors, and back-of-house areas.

You will oversee any outsourced staff when required and may occasionally interact with customers, supporting all other operations departments during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and comfort
  • Oversee housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and maintaining rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas
  • Work collaboratively with other departments, including operations and customer services

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Enthusiastic and hardworking individual with a passion for customer service
