Lead Care Services Manager

As a Lead Care Services Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services across our extra care housing schemes.
You will work closely with housing and maintenance teams, as well as external care providers, to help residents achieve an independent and positive life. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing the environment and communities within our schemes.
Main Responsibilities- To provide excellent care services to all our customers.
- To manage and develop a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care outcomes.
- To work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate professional who can demonstrate:
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A good understanding of health and safety management systems.
- Knowledge of housing management information systems.
- Ability to work in a stressful environment and diffuse challenging situations.
