Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented research analyst to join our Quant Academy rotational program. The successful candidate will learn concepts relevant to a career in quantitative trading and contribute to our research efforts.

The Quant Academy Program will provide you with broad training in financial industry expertise and expose you to systematic trading approaches across multiple asset classes. You will develop a variety of skills in a focused research environment and have the opportunity to rotate across various teams within the firm.

Requirements
  • Master's or Ph.D. in finance, computer science, mathematics, physics, engineering, or other quantitative discipline.
  • Ability to conduct independent research utilizing large data sets.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, C++, MATLAB, or R.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Clear, concise, and proactive communication style.
  • Strong track record of taking ownership of one's work and working within a team.
  • Intellectual curiosity and passion.
