About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to join our team at N Consulting Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading large and complex projects from inception to handover, ensuring delivery within agreed time, quality, and cost parameters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, track, and report on all projects and programs as required
  • Manage multiple large or complex projects and programs, ensuring delivery of specified products and services within agreed time, quality, and cost parameters
  • Oversight of planning, scheduling, and assignment of key resources across multiple projects
  • Develop detailed metrics and cost analysis and provide regular reports on PM execution
  • Communicate project status reports to key stakeholders and management, including cost and budget variances, project risks, etc.
  • Establish communication processes that incorporate issue tracking, escalation, and resolution
  • Lead across multiple functions, engaging with operational staff, vendors, client management, release readiness reviews, and ensure that releases and/or deliverables meet quality standards, security requirements, and compliance regulations
  • Audit project/program performance to ensure highest standards of compliance are achieved, full governance is in place, and stakeholders adhere to client processes
  • Share information, good practice, and expertise with others and lead this process, putting actions in place where appropriate

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably with SAP knowledge
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, tracking, and reporting
  • Good understanding of SAP products and their applications
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and programs simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
