Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

Location: Mid Kent

Job Type: Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our client's team on a full-time permanent basis. As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the supply chain, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time.
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that stock is up-to-date and available for dispatch.
  • Coordinate with transport providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Prepare and dispatch shipping documentation, including invoices and delivery notes.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
