About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Account Executive to join our team at Aston Charles Ltd. As a key member of our Independent & Private Schools Division, you will be responsible for managing a substantial portfolio of accounts, including some of the most prestigious private and independent schools in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including Bursars and other key decision-makers
  • Manage and grow existing accounts, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling ancillary services
  • Work closely with Business Development Executives to develop new business and explore opportunities for growth
  • Design and implement robust insurance programs that comprehensively mitigate risks at a competitive premium
  • Collaborate with Underwriters from a select panel of insurers to ensure seamless delivery of insurance solutions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive in a commercial insurance environment
  • Strong understanding of commercial covers, including Property and Liability / Commercial Combined insurance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Well-organized with excellent task-management skills, able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
