## Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Fitter to join our team at SG Personnel. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a market leading manufacturing business that has invested heavily in plant, equipment, and facilities over the past two years.

### Key Responsibilities

* Perform time served mechanical maintenance tasks on a variety of equipment, including mixing plant, ovens, cutting, and painting equipment
* Conduct preventative and reactive maintenance to ensure optimal plant performance
* Work a unique continental type shift pattern, including 6-6 days and nights, including weekends

### What We Offer

* Competitive salary of £38,670 plus 20% shift allowance (£46,404)
* Guaranteed annual service bonus of 2% (pro-rata on joining date)
* 5% target bonus dependent on site performance, paid annually
* 5 weeks holiday plus bank holiday (built into the shift pattern)
* Onsite gym
