About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at WHSmith. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and working independently or as part of a team to deliver our fantastic store standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional customer service experience to all customers.
  • Carry out stock replenishment and maintain a tidy and inviting store environment.
  • Meet high standards of display and visual merchandising to help customers find what they're looking for easily.
  • Be part of a team and support colleagues to achieve our goals.
