Remit Group is seeking an Automotive Training Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional training experiences for apprentices in the automotive industry.

The successful candidate will have relevant occupational sector experience and hold qualifications such as GCSEs or equivalent. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a full valid driving licence and overnight stays when required.

About the Role:

  1. Deliver and facilitate assessment and training to encourage accelerated learning and application of new knowledge and skills in the workplace.
  2. Evaluate and modify training delivery based on delegate satisfaction and stakeholder feedback.
  3. Complete regular in-company reviews to support learners in implementing new knowledge and skills into their day-to-day work.
  4. Manage and support learners to collect evidence for progression and qualification achievement.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends through self-development and research.
  6. Work collaboratively with the assessing team to provide feedback and suggestions for improving performance.
