About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Vantage Motor Group. As a Contact Centre Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls, as well as providing support to our valued customers via email.

This is a full-time permanent position working 42.5 hours Monday to Friday, including Saturdays on a rotational basis. You will be part of a busy team, working closely with our dealerships to resolve any customer issues.

Our Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A friendly and professional telephone manner
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • The ability to work at pace with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Self-motivation and the ability to manage your own workload

What We Offer

As a valued member of our team, you will receive a competitive salary package, subject to experience, which can be increased as you progress your career. The package for this role is up to £29,547.11 OTE, with strong potential to earn over this. We also offer fantastic opportunities for development within the Vantage group, with supported training and a culture that encourages personal growth.

We offer 30 days of holiday (inclusive of bank holidays), which increases with service, as well as various other benefits, including a staff car scheme and contributory workplace pension scheme.
