Healthcare Development Specialist

At City Health Care Partnership CIC, we are seeking a skilled Healthcare Development Specialist to join our team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives.
">The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective public health services that increase access to cancer support for identified communities. You will work closely with our team to scope, analyse and fully understand the needs of the Parr and Town centre in St Helens community.
Your primary goal will be to develop a sustainable and effective volunteer cancer champion service that helps people living with cancer to easily access support, improve their knowledge, and navigate safely and effectively through diagnosis, treatment, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement public health services that address the needs of the community
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for service improvement
- Manage and lead teams to deliver projects and services
- Analyse data to inform decision-making and evaluate service effectiveness
You must have a degree in a related field, such as public health or health promotion, and significant experience in operational management, staff management, and performance management. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
