IFA Administrator Job Description

Appointed Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IFA Administrator to support our Financial Planners and Paraplanners in delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Obtain valuations, information, and product details for analysis and review
  • Liaise with product providers and other third parties to ensure seamless communication
  • Process new business, withdrawals, fund switches, and follow through to completion, working closely with the Paraplanner
  • Effectively manage client queries and concerns, providing timely and accurate responses
  • Coordinate annual review meetings with clients and manage Financial Planners' diaries
  • Maintain compliant files and ensure accurate record-keeping

Requirements:

  • Previous IFA administration experience, with a strong understanding of the Financial Planning process
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with HNW clients
  • Proficiency in XPlan or similar systems, with the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
