Exciting Opportunity for a Quantum Associate

A leading international construction disputes and expert witness consultancy is seeking a talented and ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their team as a Quantum Associate.

About the Role

This is an entry-level position that offers a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in construction disputes and expert witness work. As a Quantum Associate, you will work closely with a WWL recognised expert witness to support the analysis of data and correlation of sections of reports in relation to disputes on projects heading for arbitration and litigation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Arbitration, Litigation, and Adjudication process
  • Analyse big data, including claims documentation and key issues
  • Use Excel and similar programs to input and analyse quantum data
  • Provide specialist expert advice to external clients
  • Draft sections of the expert report
Requirements
  • Experience in Quantity Surveying, with a strong foundation in contracts, entitlements, and final accounts
  • Knowledge of Standard Forms of Contract
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
  • Strong written English skills, with the ability to write clear and concise reports
