• Conduct protected species surveys and habitat assessments to ensure compliance with UK wildlife legislation.
• Assist in preparing tenders and fee quotations to secure projects and deliver sustainable outcomes.
• Produce technical reports on Bat, PEA, BNG, and protected species assessments to inform project decisions.
• Manage small to medium-sized projects, with potential involvement in larger schemes, to promote ecological expertise and sustainable project outcomes.

• 2-3+ years of experience in the ecology sector, with a strong understanding of UK wildlife legislation and protected species licenses.
• Degree in Ecology, Environmental Management, or related discipline, with a focus on sustainable development and ecological conservation.
• Comprehensive knowledge of ecological principles and practices, with a commitment to delivering high-quality services and sustainable outcomes.
• Fully qualified Ecologist with CIEEM membership, able to lead teams and contribute to strategic decision-making.
