- As a Technical Solution Strategist, you will serve as the point of contact for Enterprise Architecture for DRIVE across Factories, Selling Entities, and Dependencies programmes. You will be responsible for supporting the implementation of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Finance & Supply Chain Management, including standard processes that are documented and maintained across all functions.">
- You will work closely with the Lead Solution Architect, IT Function Leads, and Function Deployment Leads to ensure resource availability and provide solution-related queries and asks from BT DRIVE Programme/Project Managers.">
- In this role, you will liaise with other members of the EA team where specific expertise is required, such as FinOps, CE, Integrations, Data, etc. You will also coordinate with other functions like Engineering, Finance, Operations to ensure solution changes are understood and assessed alongside one another.">
- Your primary responsibility will be to act as the solution governance across processes, platforms, systems, and applications. You will ensure the deliverables required as part of each deployment phase are consolidated, delivered, and reviewed/approved.">
- You will support the architecture governance process in identifying opportunities for appropriate use of system and analyze business requirements working with the Business Analysis team.">
- Your technical vision will be created from business requirements, and you will lead the development of a systems solution. You will document the relevant platform solution architecture across process, software, data, and infrastructure.">
- Experience in D365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service) with Configure Price Quote solutions (e.g., e-Con / Experlogix) for complex quoting scenarios and knowledge of D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management with product configurators and bill of materials (BOMs) linking to items/products.">
- General CRM/ERP cross-system knowledge and experience, including handoffs and integrations, understanding of Project Execution (use of Project Management Accounting in D365 F&SCM and integrating to D365 CE for Sales/Field Service).">
- Appreciation and understanding of product data management across ERPs and CRMs and experience of large technology projects, including strategic and tactical planning, analysis, design, and deployment.">
- Average salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.">
