Your new role will involve providing high-level administrative support to the board of trustees and its committees, ensuring that governance processes align with the charity's operational and strategic planning goals.
Key Responsibilities- Support senior leadership teams and/or boards, including the administration of meetings and accurate minute-taking.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and compliance environment for charities in the UK, including the Charity Commission's requirements and the Charity Governance Code.
- Contribute to the overall success and integrity of the organisation.
- Proven experience in a governance or business services role, ideally within a charity, nonprofit or public sector organisation.
- Understanding of the regulatory and compliance environment for charities in the UK.
A 7-month contract with the potential to be extended, working for a fantastic organisation with great benefits, and an annual salary of £42,000 to £45,000.
