Drainage Infrastructure Engineer

Pertemps TM is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Drainage Infrastructure Engineer to join our growing team in Central London. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to diverse and challenging projects within a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment.
As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will play a vital role in delivering innovative solutions for drainage, civil, and utility engineering challenges across a range of sectors, including residential, commercial, industrial, educational, and healthcare facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide creative and effective solutions to complex drainage, civil, and utility engineering problems.
- Develop comprehensive drainage schemes from conceptual design through to construction documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including sewerage authorities, to secure necessary agreements (S104 and S106).
- Interpret and fulfill planning conditions related to drainage, highways, and infrastructure development.
- Utilize 3D design software for utility clash detection analysis and the creation of detailed design packages.
- Produce clear and concise technical memos, design reports, and drawings/models.
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in a design consultancy or contracting environment.
- Expertise in Autodesk Civil 3D and MicroDrainage for network modeling in diverse environments.
- Familiarity with UK design standards and experience negotiating S38 and S278 applications.
- Strong project management skills, with a preference for candidates who have managed multi-discipline projects.
