**Job Title:** Domiciliary Care Team Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced Operations Support Specialist to join our team at Connected Health. As a Care Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our domiciliary care services.
- **Key Responsibilities:**
- Work closely with Area Managers to monitor and build on areas within the company.
- Support the Service Manager and Area Manager in achieving the aims and objectives of the Company.
- Maintain the level of quality in the service provided to Service Users in accordance with the Company's Quality Assurance Policy.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of accurate staff rotas, ensuring continuity of care.
- Compile reports for invoicing, payroll, and management.
- Set up new clients on the IT system, uploading package details before the first call takes place.
- Maintain all client activity on the IT system.
