Job Overview:
As a skilled Machining Technician, you will play a crucial role in the production process at We Are Workforce Ltd. Your primary responsibility will be to operate Fanuc controlled CNC Lathes to produce small to medium size batches of work efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate CNC Lathes to produce high-quality parts within tight deadlines.
  • Inspect work using various measuring equipment and report any quality defects to the machine shop supervisor.
  • Maintain machinery and work areas to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Optimise production processes through reduced set-up times and improved tool life monitoring.
