About the Role
As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of servers and hosts/hostesses, ensuring that every guest receives a warm welcome and exceptional service. You will be part of the day-to-day running of the site, acting as a host, serving guests, and confidently leading your team. You will also be a role model for your team, helping with their training and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
