Job Description

This position requires general project coordination and administration, preparation and negotiation of initial site budgets, subcontract procurement, and obtaining risk assessments, method statements, and safety documentation from subcontractors.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within the residential housebuilding sector.
  • Qualifications: Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with construction contracts, current building regulations, and industry standards.
  • Proactivity: Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
