Key Responsibilities: As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting students in regulating behaviour and staying engaged in learning, collaborating with the Class Teacher to manage KS1/2 classrooms effectively, and assisting with lesson delivery. Your ability to adapt your style to meet diverse student needs and contribute to the holistic development of students will be essential in creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment. You will also be responsible for fostering a positive, inclusive classroom environment and contributing to the development of students, helping them make steady progress.
