About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pensions Client Manager to join our team at Bruin Financial. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of SSAS clients, ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met and client needs are exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of SSAS clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring client needs are met in a professional manner
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, introducers, and internal stakeholders
  • Provide technical support to colleagues, as needed
  • Contribute to business growth and development, identifying opportunities to expand services and improve client satisfaction
Requirements
  • Working knowledge of SSAS and/or SIPP administration, including record-keeping, bank transaction reconciliation, investment requests, property transactions, and member benefits
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results
