Product Technical Strategy Manager

At Veolia Water Technologies, we're looking for a skilled Product Technical Manager to play a pivotal role in the success of our PURELAB range. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for interpreting technical requirements, creating product specifications, and leading the development, support, and release of new products.



Brief Responsibilities:


  2. Ownership of the product roadmap for PURELAB, including new developments and obsolescence management.
  3. Creation of technical specifications for products within the range.
  4. Assumption of ownership of the product range from a technical perspective, addressing quality issues, customer feedback, and technical application enquiries.
  5. Support for the creation of operator manuals and technical documentation.
  6. Support in the creation of technical training documentation and delivery of technical training.
  7. Collaboration with R&D/E&I teams to ensure technical requirements align with market needs.
  8. Maintenance, documentation, and sharing of product knowledge.
  9. The role may involve solo travel to visit customers during beta testing and quality-related topics.
  10. Ability to develop collective objectives.
  11. Ensuring the customer is at the centre of the business's philosophy, operations, or ideas.


Requirements:


  2. A degree or equivalent in a science or engineering discipline.
  3. A strong technical background with experience in a technical field of over 5 years.
