About the Role

Cameron Clarke Associates is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team. As a Shop Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of our retail store, ensuring that sales targets are met and exceeded, and that customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Manage all aspects of the store, including stock levels, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive experience in the store.
  • Sales and Revenue: Meet sales targets, increasing sales and profit for the store.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales associates, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Support the marketing team with activities to raise the profile of the store and organization in the local community.
  • Financial Management: Manage cash handling, reconcile EPOS and all banking procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the retail sector, with a focus on customer service and sales.
