About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paediatric Clinical Nurse Specialist to lead our established Children's Epilepsy Service team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with our paediatric neurologists and paediatricians to provide a seamless and high-quality service to children and families with epilepsy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Children's Epilepsy Service team, providing clinical expertise and leadership to ensure the delivery of excellent patient care.
  • Develop and implement effective care pathways and protocols to improve patient outcomes and experiences.
  • Work closely with the Neuroscience multidisciplinary team to ensure a coordinated and quality service.
  • Provide specialist nursing advice and support to patients and families, in-patient and out-patient, throughout their care pathway.
  • Contribute to education, audit, and research initiatives to improve patient care and service delivery.
