About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Negotiator to join our team at SDL Property Auctions (Part of Eddisons). As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing properties from listing to sale, providing exceptional customer service to buyers, sellers, and agents, and driving sales growth through effective negotiation and communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage properties from listing to sale, ensuring timely and efficient progression through the sales process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to buyers, sellers, and agents, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including valuers, administrators, and estate agents.
  • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, working closely with the sales team to achieve targets and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the administration team to obtain property particulars and ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available to customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and improve customer engagement.
Requirements
  • 12 months experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the property sector.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel.
  • Good standard of numeracy and literacy skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience of multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
