Salary: £58,000 - £68,000 per annum plus benefits

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced PL/SQL Developer to join our team at Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality PL/SQL code for our Electricity Market Settlement Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop PL/SQL code for our core systems
  • Contribute to the design and development of our Advanced Data Service (ADS) data collection system
  • Apply logical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex business challenges
  • Provide technical support and data analysis for Operations data collection activities
  • Write clear documentation and specifications for developments
  • Participate in regular training and learning activities to maintain and develop skills
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Experience with Oracle Standard or Enterprise
  • Professional qualification or degree in a relevant field, or 3+ years of practical experience with PL/SQL
  • Strong experience with database systems such as Oracle and SQL Server
