Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead a residential children's home. The Registered Manager will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the home, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, promoting a positive culture, and providing strong leadership to the care team. With your guidance, the team will ensure that the children living within the homes have positive, outstanding outcomes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the residential children's home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are maintained. This includes leading, inspiring, and managing a dedicated team of staff, providing supervision, guidance, and support. The Registered Manager will also develop and implement individual care plans and risk assessments for each child, ensuring their needs are met effectively. Additionally, they will maintain effective communication with children, families, external agencies, and professionals involved in their care.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Registered Manager in a Children's Residential Home and hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification) or be working towards it. They will also have sound knowledge of Ofsted legislation, regulations, and best practices in childcare. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people is essential.
