About You

We are looking for someone with a background in fundraising or development who combines strategic planning with excellent leadership and relationship-building skills. As a Development Director, you will focus on growing our income from various fundraising streams, using your knowledge of funding sources and a successful track record in closing six-figure gifts.

You will be responsible for creating and implementing a new fundraising strategy, aiming to build on the charity's success. This will involve working closely with the Chief Executive and Board to set and implement the strategic direction of YDMT. You will also support the overall development of staff and be a role model for our values and behaviours.
