Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead Braintree. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and maintain their dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing companionship and social interaction to clients
  • Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Supporting clients with meal preparation and household chores
  • Running errands, including grocery shopping and prescription pickups
  • Assisting with medication management and mobility
Requirements:
  • Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work
  • Legal right to work in the UK
  • Adaptability and a personable nature
  • Genuine willingness to prioritise the well-being of others
What We Offer:
  • Competitive pay rate of £13.15-£15.15 per hour
  • Mileage compensation of 40p per mile
