About the RoleCedar Care Homes Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and organized Facilities Coordinator to join our team. As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our nursing homes.
Key Responsibilities- Train and supervise housekeeping staff on cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies
- Audit cleanliness and maintenance of facilities, including common areas and equipment
- Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene standards
- Motivate team members and resolve any issues that arise
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and equipment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to make decisions and prioritize workload
- Experience working in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting
- Full UK driving license and car essential for travel between facilities
