About the Role

Cedar Care Homes Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and organized Facilities Coordinator to join our team. As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our nursing homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and supervise housekeeping staff on cleaning and maintenance tasks
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies
  • Audit cleanliness and maintenance of facilities, including common areas and equipment
  • Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene standards
  • Motivate team members and resolve any issues that arise
  • Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and equipment
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to make decisions and prioritize workload
  • Experience working in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting
  • Full UK driving license and car essential for travel between facilities
