About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lift Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our lifts and escalators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and repair faults on a wide variety of lifts and escalators
  • Provide technical support to our service and repair engineers
  • Identify areas of improvement and customer-specific issues
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as adherence to ISO and BS standards
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in elevator and/or escalator maintenance and repairs
  • Demonstrable knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering principles
  • Demonstrable experience of elevator codes and standards applicable to the elevator and escalator industry
  • National Vocational Qualification in Elevator/Escalator NVQ3 or equivalent
  • Demonstrable experience in continuous review and improvement of processes and procedures and quality control to meet operational requirements
