About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Social Worker to join our Thanet, South Kent Coast referrals team (Social Care Connect). This full-time permanent role offers a range of opportunities for professional growth and development.

About the Team

Our team operates in a hybrid model of office-based working and working from home to meet the needs of the service. We are committed to providing excellent care and support to individuals with a range of care and support needs.

About You

We welcome applications from experienced and newly qualified Social Workers who can demonstrate capability of practice in accordance with current professional standards, legislative and policy frameworks. You will have a high level of literacy and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Requirements
