About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Health Safety Environmental Manager to join our team at Morson Talent. The successful candidate will be responsible for controlling and coordinating the Health & Safety of the Company, as well as implementing and maintaining environmental management systems in line with ISO 14001 standards.

This is a key role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of regulatory requirements.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance in development, implementation, monitoring, and review of safety arrangements and policy
  • Control the health and safety policy of the company and ensure compliance with changes in legislation
  • Organise and control the Health & Safety committee
  • Coordinate UK quality assurance system in line with requirements of ISO 9001 standards
  • Maintain and develop the ISO 9001 system to continually improve it in line with company requirements
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
