Job Overview:

  • The role of the Technical Support Analyst is to provide first-line support to our users, escalating issues to the wider IPG IT organisation as required.

About You:

  • You have experience of IT troubleshooting and support, preferably in a Windows and Mac OS environment.
  • You are familiar with Office 365 and Microsoft Teams.
  • You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and can manage your own workload effectively.
  • You are able to take a methodical and logical approach to situations, gathering pertinent information and eliminating potential causes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support to users via phone, email, and in-person requests.
  • Collate data and raise support tickets.
  • Maintain and create user guides.
  • Create purchase orders and liaise with suppliers.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties.
  • Use your initiative to troubleshoot basic support issues and provide solutions.
  • Provide proactive support to users.
