**Estimated Salary:** £28,000-30,000 per year (dependent on experience and hours worked)

Job Overview:

  • Your duties will also include managing classroom behavior, providing guidance to students requiring extra support, and being adaptable to different classes and subjects.
  • Evaluating and reporting any concerns related to student safety and well-being to leadership is another key aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage classes during teacher absences
  • Manage classroom behavior to create a productive learning environment
  • Provide guidance to students requiring extra support
  • Be adaptable to different classes and subjects
  • Evaluate and report any concerns related to student safety and well-being to leadership

Requirements:

  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adhere to school policies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff and students
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to follow lesson plans efficiently
  • A proactive and flexible approach to daily tasks
  • Minimum GSCE C or above in English/Maths, ideally holding a degree-level education
  • Previous experience within SEN environments
