Job Title: Structural Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer to join our team in Glasgow. As a key member of our structures team, you will be responsible for designing, checking, and managing all elements of the design of multi-disciplinary projects.

About the Role:
  • Design and develop structural designs for various projects, including buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs meet client requirements and are delivered on time.
  • Conduct site inspections and supervise construction to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our design processes and deliver high-quality results.
Requirements:
  • BEng or MEng in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field.
  • Graduate membership with the Institution of Civil Engineers or a similar organization is desirable.
  • Proven experience in structural design and analysis, with a strong understanding of relevant design software and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and contractors.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
