Job Title: Creative Graduates - Unqualified Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant at a fantastic Primary School in Merton. As a Creative Graduates - Unqualified Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the classroom teacher and promoting a fun and engaging learning environment for our pupils.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide dedicated support to the classroom teacher in preparing materials for classes and maintaining a safe and organized classroom environment.
  • Assist in holding 1:1 and group interventions for core subjects, including English and Mathematics.
  • Support pupils with special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, and Dyslexia.
  • Fulfill Teaching Assistant duties across all year groups, including EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced school setting.
