About NSF:

NSF is a trusted name in the field of food safety and compliance. We are seeking a highly skilled auditor to conduct inspections and provide training to retail establishments in the Bournemouth area.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough food safety inspections, coaching and training at client sites, summarizing and evaluating inspection findings, and communicating with client site management or representatives. Additionally, the candidate will develop effective work plans for completion of assigned inspections and establish effective communication with key team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough food safety inspections to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Developing effective work plans for completion of assigned inspections within a specific timeframe
  • Coaching and training at clients' sites on food safety practices
  • Communicating findings and results with client site management or appropriate client representatives
  • Establishing and maintaining effective communication with key team members

Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 4 Health & Safety and Level 4 Food Safety qualifications (non-negotiable)
  • Environmental Health Degree or similar would be ideal
  • Ability to perform audits in all disciplines (Food, H&S, Fire) and/or the ability to train safety advisors
  • Registration to either CIEH or IOSH would be beneficial
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Full UK driving license
  • Willingness and ability to travel
  • Willingness to work some evenings and weekends
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office

Estimated Salary: £42,000 - £55,000 per annum
