Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and maintaining fibre optic cables, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities
  • Fibre Installation: Install fibre broadband services to residential premises, ensuring timely completion and high-quality workmanship.
  • Cabling Work: Perform external and internal cabling tasks, adhering to safety standards and best practices.
  • Working at Heights: Work safely at heights up to 15 meters, following all necessary safety protocols.
  • Maintenance of Clean Environment: Maintain a clean and tidy workspace, adhering to company health and safety policies.
  • Adaptability: Be prepared to work in various weather conditions, adapting to changing circumstances as needed.
Requirements
  • Full UK Driving License: Possess a valid Full UK Driving License, essential for the role.
  • BT Openreach Experience (Desirable): Having experience working on the BT Openreach network and NRSWA Street Works qualifications is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, able to effectively interact with customers and clients.
  • Problem-Solving: Be proactive in resolving engineering obstacles, providing creative solutions when needed.
  • Teamwork: Ability to take direction from management and work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Customer Service: Show dedication to delivering high levels of customer service, prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Salary and Benefits
