Commercial Deal Strategy Lead

At ENGINEERINGUK, we are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Deal Strategy Lead to join our team. As a key member of our AWS Consulting team, you will work closely with our senior management and cross-organization teams to develop strategic partnerships and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to think strategically and long-term, with a demonstrated ability to influence decision makers through consultative selling. This is an individual contributor role that requires a strong bias for action, strategic planning skills, and the ability to coordinate and deliver new initiatives across a highly-matrixed organization.

This role will focus on coaching enterprise account teams, structuring complex deals, and developing compelling proposals to address industry business outcomes for our large enterprise customers. You will also support decision making with high levels of judgement, monitor progress, and facilitate rapid responses to customer and partner needs. Key responsibilities include acting as a trusted advisor and thought leader to our AGS sales leadership, building strong internal relationships with leaders and counterparts across our diverse set of businesses, and advising on commercial deal terms.

Key Qualifications Include:

  4. Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
