The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative duties, managing office procedures, and providing exceptional support to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule Meetings & Appointments: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events with internal and external stakeholders.
- Compilation of Reports & Document Formatting: Prepare and format reports, documents, and presentations for senior management and clients.
- Organise Travel Arrangements: Book travel, accommodation, and transportation for team members and clients.
- Maintain Office Space: Ensure the office is well-organized, tidy, and equipped with necessary supplies.
- Provide General Support to Visitors: Greet visitors, provide information, and assist with queries.
- Address Employee Queries: Respond to employee queries related to travel, hardware, stationery, and other administrative matters.
- Assist in the Onboarding Process for New Starters: Support new employees with their onboarding process, including setting up their equipment and providing necessary documentation.
- Events Organisation: Assist in planning and coordinating conferences, project events, parties, and dinners.

- Proficient in: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and DocuSign.
Security Clearance:
The successful candidate will require full Security Clearance to be undertaken. Due to this, all applicants will need to be Sole British Passport holders.
