We're looking for a caring and compassionate Support Professional to join our team at Voyage Care in Solihull. As a Support Professional, you'll be working with a dynamic group of individuals, helping them to gain more independence in their daily lives. Your role will involve teaching new life skills, assisting with personal care, and encouraging socialisation and community engagement. If you're passionate about enhancing the quality of life for others and have a genuine caring attitude, we'd love to hear from you.
As a Support Professional, you'll have the opportunity to work with individuals with a range of needs, including autism, acquired brain injury, and mental health conditions.
