About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team at Connells Group. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in supporting our Marketing Managers to deliver, manage and evaluate multichannel marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness.
  • Work closely with branch stakeholders to support local marketing initiatives and sponsorships, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Create and send internal monthly marketing communications and optimize engagement on internal intranet platforms.
  • Write creative briefs and collaborate with the in-house design studio to produce high-quality marketing materials.
  • Write and proof-read marketing and advertising copy for both online and offline channels, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Conduct and evaluate market and competitor research to inform marketing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including branch managers and external partners.
  • Manage marketing queries and support branch profiles on brand websites, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Present and promote marketing campaigns and initiatives with internal stakeholders face-to-face and online.

Requirements

  • Comprehensive understanding of the core principles of marketing, including market research, brand management, and campaign evaluation.
  • Experience in copywriting and creative briefs, with a proven track record of producing high-quality marketing materials.
  • High level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear and confident communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent people skills, with the ability to quickly form relationships and rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-starter who can manage their own time, prioritize projects, and work to tight deadlines.
  • Strong competency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • A motivated team player who is comfortable working in a dynamic and varied environment.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' work experience in a Marketing role.
  • Degree qualified in Marketing or equivalent.
  • Property industry experience is desirable but not essential.
