Job Title: Construction Laborer

Location: West Malling / Kings Hill area

Contract Type: Temporary, full-time position available

Estimated Salary: £14.00 per hour

Company Overview:

Randstad Construction and Property is seeking a skilled trades assistant to join our team on a temporary contract basis.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have previous labouring experience and hold a valid CSCS card. As a skilled trades assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the construction team with various tasks, including lifting and shifting materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lifting and moving materials throughout the day
  • Arriving on time and completing shifts as allocated by the site manager
  • Completing additional duties as required

Requirements:

  • Right to work in the UK
  • All Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • A valid CSCS card
  • Previous labouring experience

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work well within a team environment. You will also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to lift and shift materials safely.
